De Ventella is our club house of Society. We conduct all sort of common meeting, General body meeting and other socity’s cultural program . It has Gym, coffee center, Swimming pool etc.

Its a beautiful shopping mall which has 24 nos of commercial business centre comprising with Doctors clinic, Spa, Restaurant and general store. It has also 20 nos Studio apartment which has well furnished room best suitable for small office or Transit accommodation
LADIES CLUB
We have one beautiful Ladies club in our society where all active members of society take main role to organise all sort of cultural program .
GYM & SWIMMING POOL
A Gym and swimming pool is available in De Ventella. To keep fit , all active society members are utilising this facility.
